So the Washington State Department of Transit paid someone lots of money to visualize the death and destruction that would befall the waterfront and viaduct when a bigger earthquake strikes and they didn’t even get a terrifying soundtrack or telegenic actors being crushed by the debris or heroically racing in to save the victims.
